On September 15, Related California president and CEO Gino Canori and Related California Affordable president and CEO Ann Silverberg were selected for Commercial Observer's 2026 Power California list, which highlights the most influential leaders in real estate. Canori and Silverberg are leading Related California with thousands of residential units in the company's pipeline, including transformational mixed-use development Related Bristol in Santa Ana and the second phase of 100% affordable development Alveare in Los Angeles.

Related Beal President Kim Sherman Stamler has been selected as an honoree of Bisnow's 2026 Boston Power Women Awards in the Development, Design & Construction Leaders category. This esteemed award recognizes Stamler's leadership and lasting contributions to Boston's commercial real estate industry, paving the way for women in the sector.

In August, Related Beal team members volunteered during an outdoor cleanup event to support The Rose Kennedy Greenway. Volunteers carried out important gardening tasks in The Greenway's Wharf area to help maintain the plants, including clearing out weeds and handling plant cutbacks, which will help this vibrant green space welcome visitors throughout the seasons.

On August 8, Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group celebrated the opening of Church of the Holy Apostle’s new ADA-accessible entrance—an important milestone in its Wider Welcome campaign. Related and Oxford have long been financial supporters and volunteer partners of HASK. We are particularly proud to have made a multi-year commitment that enables HASK to make capital investments and building improvements to serve more families and neighbors in need.
