Galley partners with cultural organization for May's Dine for a Cause

Throughout May, Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach will donate 10% of sales every Thursday to a new partner organization, The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County. The Cultural Council is the only organization solely dedicated to supporting art and culture in The Palm Beaches, providing public and private grant programs, special events and advocacy for cultural funding.

Conrad Los Angeles hosts Cinco de Mayo party

Toasting to Cinco de Mayo, Conrad Los Angeles invited guests and visitors to a live Spanish guitar performance, which was paired with dinner and craft cocktails at rooftop restaurant Agua Viva by José Andrés.

Hilton West Palm Beach's Galley hosts cocktail class

On May 21st, Galley's lead mixologist, Hauk Cornell, will teach an interactive one-hour cocktail making class. Attendees will learn about the history of certain spirits as well as the seasonal ingredients in featured cocktails. For each participant, the event will include a glass of bubbly, two cocktails, a take-home goodie bag with recipe card and 20% off a dinner reservation at Galley before or after the class.

May book club coming to Hilton West Palm Beach

On May 18th, Hilton West Palm Beach's book club will return with local author Julia Aronov as the host. Aronov will lead attendees through a thoughtful discussion of Charleston by Margaret Bradham Thornton, while sipping on wine and Charleston cocktails and indulging in light bites.
