We maintain a strategic and disciplined approach to the markets in which we operate and the product types we deliver. Outside of the United States, we are pursuing impactful ground-up development opportunities in London. To capitalize on this rapidly growing market, we are leveraging our real estate development expertise, deep experience in placemaking and our relationships with some of the most active and coveted hotel, retail and restaurant brands.

In London, we have formed Related Argent, partnering with Argent, the respected developer with a track record in creating exemplar new pieces of UK cities. Related Argent is currently working in a joint venture with Barnet Council on London’s 180-acre Brent Cross South site, with the London Borough of Haringey around Tottenham Hale and is progressing other opportunities in London.
