What's Happening Around Our Affordable Communities 400 Lake Shore Drive prioritizes Chicago's creatives with historic housing initiative Related Midwest residence 400 Lake Shore Drive was featured in Newcity Design for setting a new housing precedent for the city's creative community. The 72-story lakefront tower will be Chicago's first downtown luxury rental to give preference to qualified artistic and creative workers, offering 127 income-restricted homes for households making no more than 50% of the area median income.
