Related Northwest breaks ground on next phase of Oregon's Hillside Park community On July 27, Related Northwest team members and development partner Centro Cultural joined the Clackamas County Housing Authority, Metro and Oregon Housing & Community Services (OHCS) for a groundbreaking celebration at affordable community Hillside Park. The next phase of construction on this 14-acre redevelopment will introduce 164 affordable residences with access to on-site services, creating much-needed affordable housing in Clackamas County, Oregon.
