On June 17, Hudson Yards partnered with Mercado Little Spain to offer the neighborhood's employees a delicious afternoon break. Hudson Yards employees stopped by the lobby of 30 Hudson Yards to pick up a complimentary treat courtesy of Mercado Little Spain. Employees were invited to explore the market's array of Spanish restaurants and offerings located at nearby 10 Hudson Yards, presenting everything from flavorful lunches and quick bites to after-work tapas and drinks.

On June 2, Related Midwest joined Advocate Health and the South Chicago community to commemorate the groundbreaking of Advocate Health's new hospital at Quantum Shore Chicago—the first hospital built in the community in over 100 years. The state-of-the-art facility will offer high-quality health care and will create new opportunities for residents and their families, representing an important step forward for the community.

From May 29-30, Related Beal joined the Charlestown, MA community to celebrate the ribbon cutting of PickleBOS at 440 Rutherford Ave, part of the Charlestown Labs life science campus. PickleBOS unveiled its second location with a weekend of free open play, community programming and local vendor offerings, inviting locals to enjoy the facility's 21 professional-grade indoor pickleball courts and hospitality-inspired community destination.

In April, Related Midwest, along with partners CRG and 548 Enterprise, kicked off vertical construction on the southern parcel at The Cubes at Roosevelt & Kostner, with the northern parcel soon to follow. The 21-acre development is transforming a vacant area into a thriving two-building campus that will combine high-quality industrial development with lasting community impact by facilitating job creation, workforce development and inclusive growth. With the addition of innovation centers and new public green space, The Cubes at Roosevelt & Kostner will support businesses as well as the surrounding community.
