360 Rosemary is a 300,000-square-foot Class-A office development located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, conveniently located adjacent to the Brightline high-speed rail line and the thriving Rosemary Square District of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

10 Hudson Yards

Designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, 10 Hudson Yards was the first building completed at Hudson Yards (in 2016) and is also the only one to encompass the High Line, New York’s famed elevated park.

30 Hudson Yards

The second-tallest office building in New York, 30 Hudson Yards was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates Founding Partner Bill Pederson and opened in 2019. It is home to the country’s highest outdoor observation deck, Edge.

50 Hudson Yards

When it opens in 2022, the Foster + Partners designed building will be the future headquarters of BlackRock and will occupy a full city block with direct lobby access to the No. 7 subway line.

55 Hudson Yards
