Clifton Commons

The first power center of its class in the area, Clifton Commons continues to be an entertainment and retail haven in Clifton, New Jersey. Since its first tenant opening March 1999, Clifton Commons has brought new life to the area's retail industry.

Universal Hip Hop Museum pop-up offers free entry all month long

In celebration of hip hop's 50th anniversary, the Universal Hip Hop Museum pop-up at Bronx Terminal Market is welcoming visitors for free throughout August. [R]Evolution of Hip Hop will close on August 31st, so visitors are encouraged to stop by to catch the current exhibition, "The Golden Era: 1986-1990." The interactive exhibit takes visitors on a journey through one of hip hop's most exciting time periods when the genre expanded nationally and experienced technological leaps and bounds, featuring visionaries such as Dapper Dan, DJ Scott LaRock, Biz Markie and more.

A Home for Art & Culture

Bronx Terminal Market's mural series highlights scenic outdoor settings

A collaboration between Bronx Terminal Market and The Bronx Museum of the Arts has produced an outdoors-inspired mural with the goal to introduce more public art that is accessible to the local community. American artist Lindsey Warren has created the murals using photographs and sketches of four Bronx locations including The High Bridge, Ferry Point Park, NY Botanical Garden and Joyce Kilmer Park.

Gateway Center debuts nature-inspired mural by local artist

Brooklyn's Gateway Center has revealed a nature-inspired mural created by New York-based artist Natasha May Platt. The artist's hand-painted, large-scale work will now greet all visitors to Gateway Center, featuring uplifting colors, marbled lettering and whimsical depictions of local plant and insect species.

Related NYC teams volunteer during annual Day of Service

On August 9th, 35 team members from Related Retail, Commercial Real Estate, Hudson Yards Experiences and energyRe engaged in a Day of Service with nonprofit Volunteers of America. Employees assisted with “Operation Backpack,” which delivers school-ready backpacks to children living in shelters, completing tasks including sorting through donations, preparing school supplies, helping the shelters load their trucks and more. Our team members' efforts achieved great success, and their effort will benefit more than 2,000 children.

Bronx Terminal Market presents Spring KidsFest, a fun-filled family festival

On May 20th, Bronx Terminal Market brought families together for its annual Spring KidsFest, a celebration of discovery and community. Children made crafts with Bronx Children's Museum, built birdhouses with Home Depot, learned more about membership with New York Public Library, received information from charter school Success Academy and listened to storytelling sessions. Families also enjoyed a live DJ, spring-themed photo booths, face painting and giveaways.

On May 6th, Bronx Terminal Market's team participated in Bronx Community College’s annual Run the Bronx, a community health event that included 10K and 5K runs, in addition to a 2-mile walk. Bronx Terminal Market was proud to support wellness in the neighborhood by running the course and providing a water table for participants.
