Related Argent, one of the largest privately-owned property and urban regeneration businesses in the UK, has today announced that Parm Nijjar will join as an Executive Director and Head of Strategic Transactions and Partnerships, effective from early December. Executive Director, Oli Rifkind has also been promoted to Chief Development Officer.
Parm will oversee the transaction and investment partnership strategy within the organisation, with a focus on delivering business growth, creating and maintaining value for Related Argent’s projects and securing debt and capital funding. He will sit on the Related Argent board alongside Chief Executive Director, Tom Goodall; Chairman, John Forrester; Chief Operating Officer, Morwenna Hall; Chief Development Officer, Oli Rifkind; Executive Director, Andre Gibbs and Chief Operating Officer – Related Companies, Kenneth Wong.
Parm is joining Related Argent from Kennedy Wilson, where he was Managing Director in the Real Estate Investments team for the last ten years. He has a strong track record in leading the negotiation and execution of complex real estate equity and credit transactions across the UK and Ireland and has a deep commercial understanding of the real estate capital markets.
