Related Companies celebrates groundbreaking of One Flagler and completion of 360 Rosemary

Transformative Class A office buildings accelerate the rise of downtown West Palm Beach as a leading global financial center.

Related Companies today broke ground on One Flagler, a new 25-story, 275,00-square-foot Class A office building that will extend the Flagler waterfront greenbelt with 1.25 acres of green space, and commemorated the completion of 360 Rosemary, a 20-story 300,000-square-foot Class A office building at the heart of the central business district. Together, these state-of-the-art office towers continue catapulting downtown West Palm Beach into a world-class financial hub, attracting industry leading global corporations to the city.

One Flagler, designed by renowned architect David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, is set to redefine the workplace through its novel design, cutting-edge infrastructure, thoughtfully considered amenities and services. Infusing the city’s world-class architecture with its public spaces, Related will preserve the adjacent First Church of Christ Scientist in perpetuity, designed by African-American architect Julian Abele in 1928, and considered one of the most architecturally significant buildings in all of Palm Beach County. Honoring Abele’s legacy, Related will name its nearly one-acre, publicly-accessible park after the supremely talented architect.

When completed in 2023, One Flagler will anchor West Palm Beach’s Okeechobee Business District and the Flagler Financial District, a revolutionary public private partnership led by West Palm Beach City to pave the way for the city’s exponential growth.

Costas Spiliadis, chef and owner, has been the champion of Greek cuisine and culture around the world for the past 40 years. Standing on pillars of uncompromising standards of quality and hospitality, the exquisite dining experience coming to One Flagler in 2023 features fish and seafood flown fresh directly from the Greek islands each day. 

Milos’ West Palm location is a contemporary interpretation of the Greek landscape, with indoor and outdoor flowing spaces that will be built on principles of simplicity, elegance and harmony, while integrating an abundance of lush landscaping, natural light and a balanced use of stone, wood, Pentelikon marble and Dinesen heart-oak planks.

LEED Gold-anticipated One Flagler will feature offer 275,000 square feet of office, restaurant, roof terraces, reading room open to both the public and members of First Church of Christ Scientist, living green wall adorning its parking garage and 1.25 acres of green space extending the waterfront greenbelt. Further commemorating Abele’s mark on artistic ingenuity in West Palm Beach, One Flagler will also feature prominent artwork by a world-renowned artist of color.
