Related Midwest offers fully customizable penthouses at One Bennett Park in downtown Chicago

The expansive, full-floor residences at the Robert A.M. Stern Architects-designed tower in Chicago’s downtown Streeterville are the only high-floor penthouses in the city that are fully customizable, offering residents the ability to create the home of their dreams.

Related Midwest, the Chicago office of Related Companies, has made available three full-floor penthouses at One Bennett Park, the 70-story residential tower in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood and the city’s first high-rise designed by the renowned Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Located on floors 64, 65 and 66 of the tower, the One Bennett Park penthouses are being sold as raw space in order to give discerning buyers the exclusive opportunity for complete customization.

While the buyers of penthouse units can hire any architect of their choosing to complete the space, they may also work directly with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, who has completed 10 projects with Related—most recently, 70 Vestry in New York City’s Tribeca—to design their home. Illustrative floor plans are available for each penthouse to showcase possible configurations.

Robert A.M. Stern Architects’ distinguished portfolio of residential buildings complements Related’s commitment to setting the bar for excellence in the luxury market, both in terms of the thoughtful, timeless design of private residences as well as urban placemaking. One Bennett Park joins the list of Related Midwest’s distinguished Chicago properties that house some of the city’s most luxurious penthouses, including Park Tower and 840 North Lake Shore Drive in Streeterville and the historic Mayfair on East Lake Shore Drive.

“One Bennett Park offers a discerning lifestyle combining the expertise of Related and Robert A.M. Stern Architects showcased in some of NYC’s most celebrated properties,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. “Each of the full-floor homes is a stunning canvas to be customized by the buyer. There is no other building in Chicago—and few elsewhere—where you can design your perfect home 700 feet or higher and have one or two terraces, which feel like outdoor living rooms in the sky, as well as jaw-dropping indoors and outdoors vistas of one of the world’s most celebrated skylines. The availability of these penthouses presents an incomparable opportunity.”

The condominium on the 64th floor is 8,414 square feet, exclusive of two terraces, and is priced at $16.8 million. With more than 7,500 square feet and listed at $15.17 million, the unit on the 65th floor includes an additional 715-square-foot outdoor terrace. And the highest residence on the 66th floor, offered at $14.3 million, includes 7,147 square feet of space and a spacious terrace facing Lake Michigan. While marketed as three separate units, the residences may also be combined to create a duplex or triplex.

All three penthouses feature private, direct in-home elevator access, soaring 13- to 20-foot ceilings and oversized framed windows with exposures in all directions.

Penthouse and condominium owners enjoy access to a suite of amenities on the tower’s 41st floor, including an entertainment lounge with fireplace and adjacent furnished terrace overlooking Lake Michigan; a billiards room with a custom-made table from French manufacturer Billard Toulet; a private dining room and catering kitchen; and a cordial lounge with a bar and wood-paneled lockers for storing spirits.

The residential experience at One Bennett Park is further enhanced by the building’s extensive amenities, many of which are located on the third and fourth floors, and include a 7,000-square-foot fitness and wellness facility with functional performance and training studios, a 60-foot indoor pool and premier equipment selected by fitness expert Jay Wright of New York-based The Wright Fit. Other indoor amenities include a reservable spa suite with massage therapy room, salon for hair and nail services, Pilates studio, a children’s play suite with prep kitchen; a tween room with billiards, gaming and televisions; a lounge area with fireplace; and an entertainment suite with direct access to the 10,000-square-foot recreational deck. The landscaped deck, overlooking Bennett Park, features a limestone loggia, pool, fire pit lounges and outdoor kitchens by Sub-Zero and Wolf.

A covered limestone motor court, accessible from Grand Avenue and reserved for owners, offers complimentary valet garage parking that is accessible to residents 24 hours a day. The two-story condominium lobby showcases museum-quality art, including a suspended “floating” sculpture by Calder prize-winning Artist Tomás Saraceno, and a vibrant, oversized tapestry created by L.A.-based mixed media Artist Pae White.

One Bennett Park is anchored by the adjacent, newly completed Bennett Park—a 2-acre landscaped green space created by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, the firm behind Maggie Daley Park and The 606 in Chicago, and Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York City. Bennett Park includes an inspired children’s playground with seating, two dog runs, a central lawn bowl for gathering, a quiet shade grove and meandering pathways. Residents will have 24-hour access to Bennett Park.

One Bennett Park’s on-site team includes a 24-hour staff with concierge, doormen, on-site porters, property managers and building engineers. Programming will include fitness and wellness offerings exclusively tailored to One Bennett Park residents.

The penthouses and condominiums are represented by Gwen Farinella and Erin Ward of Related Sales. For more information on One Bennett Park, or to schedule an appointment at the on-site sales center, call (312) 662-1900 or visit www.onebennettpark.com/condo.
