Related Companies today announced that 70 Vestry, Tribeca’s last undeveloped waterfront site, is now 80 percent sold, with just eight of the 46 units in the boutique condo building remaining available for sale. Since the beginning of the year, 70 Vestry has achieved more than $100 million in sales. 70 Vestry’s Penthouse North was recently sold with a listing price of $50 million.
