Related WestPac, developers of the new, transformative $1 billion Base Village in Snowmass Village, Colorado, announces the launch of Related WestPac Real Estate and the opening of the new Snowmass Sales and Design Gallery. The new firm will be the sales and marketing arm of Related WestPac and will sell all Base Village properties including the Viceroy Resort Residences at Snowmass and The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass.
The formation of an in-house sales team follows The Related Companies' philosophy to provide premium developer services, including a streamlined process from pre-development to close and management of properties. A team of six real estate professionals will staff the new office, working together with local, national and international real estate brokerage community to promote residential real estate opportunities in Base Village.
Located on the Snowmass Village Mall, the Snowmass Sales and Design Gallery will open to the public on Monday, Dec. 10, and will be opened daily from 8 a.m. The Sales and Design Gallery features exquisite displays and vignettes of The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass and the Viceroy Resort Residences at Snowmass, which will be the initial real estate offerings to the public. Viceroy Resort Residences at Snowmass is currently approved as 236-hotel room residences will be the signature hotel in Base Village. The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass will offer an exclusive set of 30 full ownership residences. The new Snowmass Base Village will include more than one million square feet of residential, hotel, restaurant, retail and conference space, all strategically located at the entrance of what is arguably the finest ski and snowboard mountain in the world.
At completion, the development will include over 300 condominiums, 236-room Viceroy Resort Residences at Snowmass, which is being designed to be one of America's first LEED-certified Silver hotels, and The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass, as well as more than 60,000 square feet of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, new conference space, an aquatic center and much more. The interiors of The Little Nell Residences at Snowmass are being designed by one of the most sought after designers in the world, David Easton Inc., who designed The Little Nell hotel in Aspen and has been defining the standard of luxury living for over 40 years. Designed by award-winning architect and designer Jean-Michel Gathy of the Malaysia-based powerhouse, Denniston International, Viceroy Resort Residences at Snowmass will be an inspirational retreat designed to accommodate the signature Viceroy amenities and services.

Kakie Grainger joins Related WestPac after a successful sales career with the Roaring Fork Club. A resident of Colorado for nearly 30 years, Kakie has been an active member of the Colorado Board of Realtors since 1995 and previously worked in hospitality and ski industry sales with Vail Resorts, East West Resorts and The Mark Travel Corporation in the Breckenridge area. Grainger was a ski patroller at Buttermilk Mountain for five years and completed a business degree at North Carolina State University prior to starting her real estate career.
Justin Maxwell, Senior Sales Associate
A new resident of Snowmass Village, Justin Maxwell is an accomplished real estate professional whose most recent post was sales manager for the new luxury development Honua Kai in Ka'anapali Beach, Maui. A native of Vancouver, Canada, Justin grew up skiing Whistler. He completed his business degree at the University of Western Ontario and after a brief career in the financial sector in London and Prague, Justin has been involved with luxury real estate development, marketing and sales in various locations throughout the United States and Canada.
Emily Perry, Senior Sales Associate Broker
Emily Perry joined Related WestPac after working in sales for the Residences at The Little Nell in Aspen. Emily first lived in Aspen in 1997 when she moved to the Roaring Fork Valley to ski and snowboard and volunteer at Challenge Aspen. She then lived in Los Angeles for several years working in the entertainment industry. Ann Gauntt, Operations Manager Ann Gauntt joined Related WestPac after working with Chaffin Light Real Estate in Snowmass Village for the past five years. An Oklahoma native, Gauntt grew up skiing in Colorado and moved to in Snowmass Village in 2002.
Dawn Blasberg, Sales Associate Sales Associate
Dawn Blasberg also joined the Related WestPac team after working with Chaffin Light Real Estate for the past two years. Blasberg is a five year resident of Snowmass Village, moving from London where she worked for an oil and gas company and a law firm.
