Related Gardens Community Gardens at Marine Terrace and North Park Apartments: Supporting resident wellness and connection In spring 2025, New York Restoration Project (NYRP), supported by a grant from Related Affordable Foundation, created two new community gardens at North Park Apartments and Marine Terrace, two affordable housing communities in the Related Affordable portfolio. NYRP also hosted a series of workshops and events for residents where they learned how to care for their new gardens.
