Spread across nine low-rise buildings and set within a thoughtfully designed landscape of thick trees, green courtyards and walking paths, the property offers residents an affordable, serene and community-oriented living environment. In a region where high-quality affordable housing remains scarce, Related Affordable spearheaded a comprehensive renovation of the property to preserve long-term affordability and modernized the living experience. Utilizing Section 8 and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs, Related Affordable ensured that the housing complex would remain accessible to low- and moderate-income families without compromising on design or comfort.
