Located on a 1.59-acre site adjacent to the Rialto Metrolink train station, Rialto Metrolink South will be a 55-unit affordable development for low and very low-income individuals and families. The Spanish Mediterranean style development will be comprised of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments in one three-story residential building. Rialto Metrolink South will offer a range of community amenities, including a tot lot, swimming pool plus outdoor picnic area and separate teen area. A centrally-located community center will be the hub for the residents and feature a computer center, community room, leasing and management offices and community kitchen. There will be 68 on-site parking spaces for residents and visitors. On0site social services for the residents will be provided by Hope Through Housing.
