​​​Parkside Family Apartments, located in the city of Pomona, is a 62-unit affordable and supportive housing apartment community with 21 units that have been reserved for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have a diagnosed severe mental illness. Tri-City Mental Health Authority will provide on- and off-site services including intensive case management, benefits advocacy, mental health and substance abuse services, physical health services and occupational and employment services. Common area amenities include a community center with multiple lounges, media center, computer room, tot lot, outdoor picnic area and laundry facilities. A public-private partnership between Related California, Tri-City Mental Health Authority, City of Pomona and Shield of Faith Economic Development, Parkside Family Apartments plays an integral role in addressing homelessness and providing much needed affordable housing in the area.
