A public-private partnership with the Anaheim Housing Authority, the Arbors at Vintage Crossings is a multi-phase neighborhood revitalization of Anaheim's Avon-Dakota neighborhood. The development is for family residents in the surrounding area earning 30% to 60% of Area Median Income and is complete with on-site parking as well as bike racks for bicycles. Recreational amenities and social services are available to the residents at Related's neighboring development, Vintage Crossings, and include a 3,000-square-foot community center, children's play area, swimming pool and a pre-school operated by the Anaheim School District. Social services are provided by Project Access.
