Related worked hand-in hand with the city of San Francisco to build 49 S. Van Ness, a 460,000-square-foot office building that serves as the new home for the San Francisco Planning Department, Department of Building Inspection and Public Works Department. This new one-stop-shop permitting center will serve thousands of San Franciscans, bring all of the city's public-facing permitting agencies together in one single location and be the new home for nearly 2,000 city employees.
