Amanda Gordon is Executive Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Related Companies, where she leads all aspects of Human Resources across the firm’s diverse portfolio of businesses.
With more than 25 years of experience, Amanda has a proven track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams and aligning people strategy with business outcomes. She is known for fostering strong partnerships with senior executives, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering scalable, business-driven solutions that enhance performance, engagement and leadership capability.
Prior to joining Related in 2025, Amanda served as Global Head of HR for the Financial Solutions Division at Bloomberg LP, overseeing a global team spanning business partnership, recruiting, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and leadership development. During her 16-year tenure at Bloomberg, she played a key role in major organizational redesigns, leadership programs and the modernization of HR practices to support business transformation. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Macquarie Group, advising on employee relations and M&A integrations, following foundational experience in benefits and HR operations at leading law and investment firms.
Amanda also serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Elysian Charter School of Hoboken. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Studies from SUNY Brockport.
