Alexis Kremen is General Counsel, Executive Vice President of Related Companies, where she serves as Related’s top legal officer and advisor.
In her previous role at Related, Ms. Kremen served as General Counsel of Hudson Yards, where she oversaw all legal aspects for the 28-acre neighborhood on Manhattan’s West Side and the largest private real estate development in the country.
Prior to joining Related, Ms. Kremen was Special Counsel in the Real Estate Department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Ms. Kremen holds a Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Tufts University and a Juris Doctorate with High Honors from the George Washington University Law School.
