Hacienda Del Rio is a 146-unit, garden style elderly apartment community located approximately four miles west of downtown Phoenix. The Property was built in 1985 and consists of six three-story residential buildings and a central community building situated on a 3.84-acre site. 

The property's full-time resident service coordinator oversees services for residents that include:
