In 2026, 11,000 students applied to the Related Summer Internship Program for the chance to spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry. A total of 31 analysts and 6 associates joined our offices in New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco and Dallas, participating in real-world projects alongside our teams working across development, affordable housing, commercial management, finance, accounting, marketing, leasing and construction. Our interns participated in a full slate of programming designed to inspire them and serve as a strong foundation for their future careers. They gained insights from our executive speaker series led by company visionaries, toured current development sites, gave back with our local community partners and connected with interns and team members at events that fostered learning and bonding.
