In June, Related VP of Community Engagement Leleah James finished the REBNY Fellowship Leadership Program, a six-month intensive that brought together 24 real estate professionals looking to hone their leadership skills. REBNY is one of New York City's leading trade associations, and the mission behind their Fellowship Leadership Program is to diversify the real estate industry by providing valuable career opportunities to senior leaders with varied backgrounds. Through experiences like dynamic leadership training and networking sessions, James had the chance to expand upon skills that will create new opportunities in her career.
