Every June, Related's offices and properties celebrated Pride Month around the country with empowering programming and inclusive fundraising efforts.

In New York, Pride Live's Stonewall Day 2024 concert brought together a thrilling night of live musical performances at Hudson Yards' Public Square & Gardens. Attendees were treated to headliner Cynthia Erivo, resident DJ Lina Bradford, Conchita Wurst, BETTY and Loren Allred, as well as other special guests. The event's proceeds went towards the Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center—the first LGBTQIA+ visitor center within the National Park System—which opened the same day and will uphold and share LGBTQIA+ history and culture for years to come.

In West Palm Beach, CityPlace held an inspiring series of events open to community members across all ages. In collaboration with Rohi's Readery, High School Readery Changemaker interns and artists Aris and Evin curated FAME (Fashion, Art And Music For Everyone), a punk rock couture fashion show and art exhibition. The high-energy event also included a curated vendor market featuring high school LGBTQIA+ artisans and musical performances. CityPlace also hosted Pride Night, which featured live music, vogue dance classes, an El Camino bar pop-up and a Pride Pool Party with DJ Dennis Baker. The weekend wrapped up with the Stonewall Ball at Hilton West Palm Beach, which was hosted by nonprofit Compass LGBTQ+ Community Center, and helped raised money for the local LGBTQIA+ community. Galley, the authentic grill restaurant at Hilton West Palm Beach, also donated 10% of sales every Thursday in June to support Compass.

In California, award-winning singer BeBe Sweetbriar celebrated Pride with a drag performance at San Francisco luxury senior residence Coterie Cathedral Hill. Across other luxury residences in San Francisco, residents were treated to live musical shows, light bites and complimentary cocktails while mingling with their communities. In Los Angeles, Agua Viva at Conrad Los Angeles hosted a Drag Brunch event with local queens from Hamburger Mary's that featured limited-time Pride cocktail, the Cotton Candy Cosmo. With every drink purchased, Agua Viva donated $1 to nonprofit The Trevor Project.

At multiple Related Management Company locations, employees championed their teams' diverse culture and came together at lively events. In California, team members gathered at luxury residence The Avery to watch Rent, a classic film incorporating themes that remain relevant to the LGBTQIA+ community. In New York, RMC's property support group catered a delicious lunch at the office from a local LGBTQIA+-owned and operated restaurant.

Across all Related offices, Related's Pride employee resource group helped raise awareness and funds for our various LGBTQIA+ nonprofit partners, including The Ali Forney Center, Trinity Place Shelter, SAGE and Family Equality. Thank you to everyone who donated and who celebrated Pride with us!
