Related residences and destinations' Valentine's Day events

This Valentine's Day, Related's mixed-use destinations and residences celebrated love of all kinds: between couples, families and friends. Our programming brought communities together with engaging activities, including arts and crafts, live performances, snacks for sweet tooths and more. Read on for a roundup of 2023's Valentine's Day highlights from around the country.

NYC's Hudson Yards presented a flurry of Valentine's Day events, such as the family-oriented pizza making class at ANA Bar & Eatery, where visitors of all ages made heart-shaped pizzas and cards for loved ones. Milos Wine Bar brought couples together for a night of champagne and oysters, where sommeliers selected oysters that paired perfectly with 3 different types of bubbly. At Bronx Brewery, visitors watched a complimentary burlesque show, featuring the unique talents of Miss Frankie Eleanor and KingQueen. Far above Manhattan's streets, visitors flocked to Edge for a gravity-defying experience and received sweets by Italian chocolate maker Venchi.

The Square at West Palm Beach offered a range of fun events, including an evening of Valentine's Day revelry with live music and photo opportunities for all. For creative types, Galentine's Paint and Sip with Laura allowed visitors a chance to unwind while they enjoyed drinks and made love-themed paintings, while wellness pop-up oHHo served CBD mocktails as visitors crafted their own collages with Gurfer Lady. Hilton West Palm Beach brought "galentines" together with a pool party and music spun by a live DJ, and hotel restaurant Galley hosted an interactive cocktail class led by mixologist Hauk Cornell.

Across Related's luxury residences, our teams made Valentine's Day easy for our residents to celebrate. At San Francisco rental residences Fifteen Fifty, The Paramount and Avery 450, each building threw a mixer where residents indulged in luxury chocolate fountains and toasted one another with champagne. Also in California, residence The Grand LA partnered with Pollen LA to fill its lobby with beautiful flowers and to offer single stem roses to residents, in addition to offering a custom bouquet preorder service. At luxury condominiums The Cortland, Lantern House, 520 West 28th and 15 Hudson Yards, buildings hosted lobby pop-ups and Related Kids Club events with hands-on activities like card designing and chocolate covered pretzel making.
