In a move to help residents better understand and manage their financial health, Related Management Company has partnered with Esusu Rent to offer a free program available to residents at many affordable properties. Esusu is a Minority Business Enterprise with a mission to help more working families access and keep their housing and to use big data to reduce housing inequality across the country. Esusu’s program records residents’ rent payments and then sends their history to credit bureaus, which assists families in establishing and building their credit and can help improve their credit scores in as little as three months.
