Related Management Company leaders complete program to advance racial equality in the workplace

During Black History Month, leaders from Related Management Company (RMC) traveled to Memphis, TN to participate in "The C-Suite Initiative." Organized by the National Civil Rights Museum, the interactive program is designed to educate corporate leaders on how to eradicate racism and improve diversity in their workplaces. RMC leaders visited the museum for an extensive overview of the American Civil Rights Movement and to learn more about the history and impact of systemic discrimination. Team members also engaged in expert-led discussions and collaborative sessions where they gained valuable insights and learned frameworks to bring back home, which will help them empower their teams and create a stronger sense of belonging for all employees.
