In celebration of Earth Day 2025, Related's offices and properties around the world brought together their communities with environmental-themed displays, events and volunteering efforts. In New York, Bronx Terminal Market and buildings throughout the Hudson Yards neighborhood lit up in green to support the EarthDay.org awareness initiative. Related's New York Development team spent an afternoon with Hudson River Park Friends at Hudson River Park to help prepare the park's grounds for the 2025 season. Volunteers contributed by cutting back grasses, removing invasive species, collecting composting materials and refreshing the grounds through maintenance initiatives. Also in New York, luxury residence Lantern House worked with local companies to present a delicious meal featuring regionally sourced pastas and organic and biodynamic wines.

Around the country, Related Affordable teams commemorated Earth Day with a week of hands-on events that brought colleagues and residents together, including engaging planting workshops and outdoor space clean up efforts. In Boston, RMC employees from luxury residences The Quinn and The Harris partnered with East Berkley Community Garden to tend to the community garden and remove leaves for the 2025 growing season. In London, King's Cross launched Earth Stories, an outdoor exhibition that shares how regular people are making a positive impact on the environment. From June 6-8, the neighborhood will also host Earthfest, a sustainability celebration featuring education, workshops and activities designed to inspire the community with innovative climate change solutions.
