Our properties brought the 2025 holiday season to life for residents and our communities, presenting vibrant events, sparkling décor and important initiatives that gave back to people in need. We also celebrated our talented team members with gatherings that showed gratitude for all their work and contributions throughout the year.At Related Companies' New York office, multiple buildings partnered with the US Marine Corps Reserves' Toys 4 Tots Program to bring joy to children and their families. Employees donated new, unwrapped toys within the 10, 30, 50 and 55 Hudson Yards lobbies, which were then distributed to local families before the holidays.Also in New York, Related Affordable Foundation partnered with STEAM education nonprofit Charlia Frank to host a holiday gathering with Rip Van Winkle residents at NY’s Mid-Hudson Children’s Discovery Museum in Poughkeepsie. Rip Van Winkle's residents gathered for a festive meal and received a special visit from Santa, who delivered 75 gifts for children of all ages.At Related Midwest's office in Chicago, the company supported long-time partner One Family Illinois Toy Drive. Employees helped brighten up the holidays for local foster children by generously sponsoring children's wish lists, providing presents and essentials to spread cheer and make a positive impact on local families.Around the country, Related Affordable teams hosted holiday-themed events for residents, including warm shared meals and gift giveaways for families through Toys for Tots. They also celebrated an impactful year of serving their communities at fun-filled holiday parties from Connecticut to Southern California, where they connected with teammates and commemorated their accomplishments.Related luxury rentals and luxury senior residences also brought people together with vibrant gatherings within buildings' amenity spaces. The Quinn and The Harris brought Christmas tree markets to residents' front doors and welcomed them to holiday parties that featured live music and delicious light bites. Coterie Hudson Yards and Coterie Cathedral Hill gathered residents with family and friends for Hanukkah traditions, Christmas events and New Year's Eve celebrations.
