Related city centers capitvate their communities with joyful holiday events

Related's city centers brought the warmth of the holiday season to visitors with engaging events for the whole family and dazzling winter decorations. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and made memories with us this holiday season!

In New York City, Shine Bright Presented by Wells Fargo returned to Hudson Yards, filling the neighborhood with over two million brilliant lights for a magical experience day and night. Visitors were taken on a festive journey with 16-foot-tall illuminated set pieces in the shapes of hot air balloons, which were placed throughout the Public Square and Gardens, as well as a 32-foot hot air balloon centerpiece hanging from The Great Room of The Shops & Restaurants.

Also in NYC, Bronx Terminal Market hosted a memorable afternoon of holiday festivities on December 9th at its yearly Winter Wonderland celebration. DJ Big Ive provided live music, as well as Bronx Opera choir's carolers, who filled the air with holiday favorites. Families also had the chance to meet and take photos with Santa and his cheerful elf, engage in arts and crafts activities, took home giveaways from retailers and enjoyed seasonal snacks and hot cocoa stations.

In West Palm Beach, The Square presented ALLidays programming from November 11th to December 31st, celebrating global art and culture, giving back to good causes, artisanal workshops and more. From honoring Chanukah traditions to Diwali's Festival of Lights to nightly snowfall and photos with Santa, The Square created an inclusive atmosphere and encouraged the community to experience new holiday traditions. Events included Fashion Fest with aZul, which showcased showcased fashion collections by local designers with disabilities, live music by The King’s Academy Holiday Jazz Ensemble and Downtown West Palm Beach Art Festival.

In Los Angeles, The Grand LA and Conrad Los Angeles unveiled festive dining experiences for visitors to get into the holiday spirit. Restaurant San Laurel unveiled the Suntory Snowball, a signature cocktail only available for a limited time, as well as special Christmas and New Year's Eve prix fixe menus. The California-meets-Spanish holiday menus featured delicious specials, including a Wagyu Flat Iron steak from Blackhawk Farms with truffle jus.

In London, Brent Cross Town kicked off the holidays with a Festive Light Switch event where community members gathered to watch the neighborhood's Christmas Tree light up. Visitors were treated to warm drinks and snacks from Gussy’s Ice Cream Shop, as well as caroling by singers from Claremont Primary and Whitefield School choirs.
