During Women’s History Month, we celebrated women across Related Companies in construction. Representing roles in manufacturing, construction, finance, risk and beyond, these professionals shared their stories through our Women in Construction video series—offering a candid look at their career journeys, the projects that have shaped them and the moments that have made them proud.Through these conversations, we explored what first drew them to the industry and what has kept them here, how their work has challenged them to grow and the advice they would offer to the next generation of women considering careers in construction. They also spoke to the misconceptions they’ve encountered, the importance of support and mentorship and—where personal—how they balance life outside of work with the demands of the field.Together, these narratives highlight the breadth of opportunities within construction and development and underscore the vital role women play in shaping the built environment.
