Part of Related Beal's ongoing community outreach efforts, the Career Pathways and Entrepreneurship program is designed to immerse students and entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. Related Beal team members, partners and commercial tenants volunteer in the educational program, which is offered as both a 7-week intensive series and as topic-based sessions. The 7-week program helps participants develop industry expertise and gain practical career skills, covering disciplines including: Design & Sustainability, Construction & Safety, Marketing & Brand Experience and more. From April 6th to June 1st, students from South Boston's Excel High School joined Related Beal volunteers every week, acquiring hands-on knowledge from interactive presentations, activities and site visits to developments like Channelside. From June 6th to July 25th, the program is being offered to aspiring entrepreneurs who are part of Street2Ivy, a local nonprofit that empowers underserved communities in Boston. Related Beal is proud to contribute to a more diverse real estate industry with expanded educational and career opportunities.
