After acquiring a large portfolio of affordable properties, Related Affordable has completed comprehensive renovations at its first three preservation projects in Tennessee: Cumberland Crossing, Midtown Estates and Horizon Square Apartments. Related Affordable has provided residents with modernized apartments and upgraded common spaces, and most importantly, they have preserved each community's long-term affordability for years to come.
