On July 19, Related Affordable and Related Affordable Foundation employees celebrated the graduating class of Urban Alliance Chicago’s 2023-2024 High School Internship Program. During the intensive 9-month program, high school seniors received mentorship and acquired skills in the real estate industry, including six students who dedicated their time at Related Affordable properties in Chicago. In the 2023-2024 graduating class, six students received mentorship and professional training in property management at Related Affordable properties in Chicago, including South Shore Apartments, Campbell Terrace, Circle Park, Fullerton Court, Lathrop and Van Buren. At the graduation ceremony, Related Affordable Community Manager Rhonne Crawford also took home the Rockstar Job Mentor award, which recognizes mentors who went above and beyond supporting students' professional development during the program.
