In February, Related Affordable welcomed a new cohort of Urban Alliance Property Management Pathway program interns. Related Affordable Foundation (RAF) and Related Affordable are now in their second year of partnership, following a successful first year where Urban Alliance’s Chicago branch named Related Affordable ""Employer Partner of the Year.” The orientation kicked off with the class of six interns, who are highly motivated high school seniors exploring inclusive career opportunities in real estate. During their paid, nine-month internship, program participants will receive professional development training and one-on-one support. Additionally, interns will receive a in depth learning into property management as they learn on-site at Affordable Central properties, including South Shore Apartments, Campbell Terrace, Circle Park, Fullerton Court, Lathrop and Van Buren. Related Affordable is proud to support the dreams and goals of a new generation of diverse young people embarking on their professional journey.
