Marking its first affordable project in Arizona, Related Affordable has completed the rehabilitation of Hacienda Del Rio Apartments in Phoenix. The 146-unit senior residence now combines preserved affordability with quality-of-life enhancements, including remodeled homes, a community room, outdoor workout equipment and an outdoor sculpture walk created in collaboration with local artist Jeff Zischke. Residents can now enjoy nature-inspired works of art both inside and out, inspired by Arizona's unique landscape and native plants. In partnership with Arizona Industrial Development Authority, Related Affordable worked to conserve the development's long-term affordability, ensuring that senior residents can continue enjoying their beautifully renovated community for years to come.
