Mixed-use destination The Grand LA celebrates grand opening of luxury residences and hotel

On July 13th, Related Companies, development partners and community leaders came together for an exciting ribbon cutting ceremony of The Grand LA. Designed by renowned architect Frank Gehry, The Grand LA is a mixed-use destination that is adding new residences, retail, restaurants, entertainment, green spaces and a hotel to downtown LA's cultural corridor, contributing to the neighborhood's vibrancy and thriving community. The Grand LA commemorated the opening of its luxury rental residences, The Grand by Gehry, and its five-star hotel, Conrad Los Angeles. The Grand by Gehry represents a new class of luxury living, including the ultra-premium residences part of the Top of The Grand collection, where high design meets an inspired amenity collection and a dynamic location. The launch of luxury hotel Conrad Los Angeles marked the brand's first hotel in the state of California, featuring interior design by acclaimed firm Tara Bernerd & Partners, multiple curated dining experiences by José Andrés' ThinkFoodGroup, sumptuous lounges and a rooftop pool bar.
