12m-square-foot mixed-use center The Grand represents the culmination of Frank Gehry’s storied career—the only place in the world where two of his greatest architectural designs will face each other from across the street. Located in the heart of downtown LA’s cultural corridor, The Grand has completed another major construction milestone by topping out its two towers on March 8th. The development will become a 24-7 destination with shopping, dining, entertainment, a hotel and residences when completed in 2024.
