On October 19th, Fifty Hudson Yards opened its doors. The LEED Gold-anticipated office tower presents luxury office space with high-end amenities, including a two-level lobby featuring two bespoke abstract sculptures by Frank Stella, column-free floorplates, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows revealing expansive city and river views. From a hand-carved Italian granite façade to a two-level lobby featuring two large-scale original sculptures by abstract artist Frank Stella, the office tower integrates striking modern finishes with all the state-of-the-art features that tenants seek, such as column-free floorplates, direct connection to the No. 7 subway, a private bar and lounge and a communal amenity space on the 32nd floor that is reservable for events. Directed by the building's hospitality-inspired concierge service, Upstairs at Fifty Hudson Yards presents an additional sky-high amenity space that introduces a new paradigm for office benefits. A suite of exclusive building services include Blade priority airport transfers, membership to the Classic Car Club Manhattan, private porte-cochère, executive valet parking, childcare services from Vivvi and more.
