Argent Related has kicked off the next phase of construction on Tottenham Hale, a comprehensive mixed-use development in London that will offer over 1,000 new homes, retail, offices, a health center and green public spaces. Construction launched on Tottenham Hale's fourth residential building—known as the North Island building—which will include 136 new homes consisting of 80 affordable and 56 market rate residences, aimed at helping Londoners find high-quality homes in a city currently facing housing supply challenges. Argent Related has chosen HG Construction as the construction partner to develop North Island's homes, which will create 27 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions and offer apprenticeship opportunities so that locals can hone their skills and access new career opportunities. North Island will also feature beautiful, modern architecture thanks to internationally lauded firm Alford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), as well as landscape architects Grants Associates, who will be planning the property's outdoor public spaces. Once Tottenham Hale's regeneration plan is complete, it will serve as an even more connected community for its residents, office workers and visitors, welcoming all Londoners to meet the neighborhood once again.
