On May 18, Queens Development Group (Related Companies and Sterling Equities) alongside our partners at City Hall, NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development, New York City Housing Development Corporation, New York City Economic Development Corporation, Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs celebrated the opening of 880 affordable homes at Willets Point Commons. We also broke ground right next door on 220 affordable homes for seniors.This transformative project is creating housing, open space, opportunity and a vibrant new neighborhood for New Yorkers.
