On April 28th, mixed-use development Brent Cross Town began sales for its first apartment residences located in the heart of the walkable “15-minute city,” part of a larger plan to introduce 6,700 new homes to the North London neighborhood. The Ashbee and The Delamarre present 277 spacious and contemporary homes ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, located on the edge of 5-acre Claremont Park. Designed by Squire & Partners, The Ashbee’s sophisticated style is reflected in a stepped brick façade and modern craftsman-inspired interiors. The Delamarre is designed by Maccreanor Lavington, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and a garden within the building’s center. With a new Brent Cross West tube station set to be completed in late 2022, residents will be able to travel to Central London within 12 minutes and will have the city at their fingertips. Situated amid 50 acres of parks and playing fields, residents of The Ashbee and The Delamarre will benefit from all the green space that Brent Cross Town has to offer, making exercise, play and relaxation a matter of stepping outside. They will also have access to The Claremont Park Club, an exclusive health and leisure club reserved for residents, positioned right across the street from both buildings. In addition to a state-of-the-art gym, fitness and yoga studios and a personal training suite, The Claremont Club will also provide work-from-home amenity spaces, private dining rooms, a cocktail bar and a lounge for entertaining. All of Brent Cross Town’s buildings will be sustainably outfitted to achieve the goal of being a net zero carbon town by 2030, impacting everything from energy-efficient home designs to a low-carbon heat and hot water network that residents will utilize. Brent Cross Town residents will benefit from their homes’ reduced carbon footprint in the form of more affordable utilities, as well as an enhanced state of well-being from being part of a green and vibrant community.
