Once known as The Biltmore, the majestic hotel first opened in 1929 in Dayton, OH, and was converted to affordable senior housing in 1981. Today, Related is renovating The Biltmore to provide upgraded amenities for our senior residents, to make building improvements focused on environmental sustainability and to preserve historic details of its classic architectural style. Related has ensured that the renovation process won't displace any residents and that The Biltmore will be protected as a Beaux-Arts-style landmark for years to come.
