ASTOR PLACE

Astor Place is a “sculpture for living” located at 445 Lafayette Street in the heart of downtown’s most eclectic and culturally enriched neighborhoods designed by two of the country’s most renowned modern architects, Charles Gwathmey and Robert Siegel.

The 21-story asymmetrical sculptural tower with undulating walls of floor to ceiling glass features a collection of 39 museum–quality architectural loft residences. A dramatic 25 foot high entrance lobby features glass walls overlooking an adjacent landscaped garden.

The loft style two, three and four bedroom layouts range from 1,450 square feet to 3,150 square feet. Each apartment offers gracious entertaining spaces featuring open kitchens, private master bedroom suites all with walk in closets and sumptuous spa bathrooms.
