Matthew Finkle is President of Related Affordable, a division of Related Companies that develops, acquires and preserves affordable housing throughout the United States. Mr. Finkle joined Related in 2003. During his tenure, he has been responsible for more than $3 billion in affordable housing acquisitions nationwide, positioning Related Affordable as the largest private owner of affordable housing in the country.
Prior to joining Related, Mr. Finkle was with Booz-Allen & Hamilton’s Operations Management Practice and held positions of increasing responsibility in GE Capital’s Consumer Finance businesses both domestically and abroad. Mr. Finkle holds an MBA with Honors in Finance from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Related Affordable Foundation and The Institute for Responsible Housing Preservation.
