December 30th is the last day to obtain an application for the afforable housing program at 8 East 102nd Street. Applications will be eligible for the lottery only if they are postmarked no later than December 31, 2011.
You can obtain an application at these three locations on December 30th:
- 55 East 115th Street, Suite 101, between Madison and Park Avenues, from 9AM – 4PM
- 330 West 30th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues, from 9AM – 3PM
- 1664 Park Avenue, between 117th Street and 118th Street, from 9AM – 1PM
The lottery for the affordable housing program at 8 East 102nd Street will begin on January 10th, 2012. Status letters for opened applications will begin to be mailed towards the end of January. Occupancy is scheduled to begin in Spring, 2012.
