Related Companies and Swire Properties Inc. have partnered on One Brickell City Centre, a 1,000-foot Class A office development that will be one of the tallest commercial office buildings in Miami. The skyscraper will add 1.6 million square feet of office space to Brickell Avenue in the heart of downtown, helping satisfy companies seeking high-end office space and cutting-edge amenities within a central location. Related Chairman and Founder Stephen Ross said, “Miami is a very important resource for companies that are looking to expand or to put an emphasis in a different region. There haven’t really been a lot of office buildings built in Miami of the quality that large firms, and especially firms coming into the market, want and expect.”
Presenting the largest blocks of space per floor in the city, One Brickell City Centre will address both established and growing companies' searches for flexible office space.
