Related’s residential developments continue to break new ground. Stern to plan his firm’s first luxury condominium in New York City, The Chatham. In the development of Time Warner Center, Related combined super-luxury residences, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences, Jazz at Lincoln Center, the world headquarters of Time Warner and Related Companies, stylish retail, and the city’s finest collection of four-star restaurants, redefining sophisticated metropolitan living in New York and trademarking the term “Five Star Living.”
