Curt R. Bailey is President of Related Midwest, charged with overseeing new and existing development opportunities throughout the Midwest with a primary focus on Chicago.
Mr. Bailey joined Related in 2008 with nearly 20 years of senior real estate experience having served as Senior Vice President at Duke Realty Corporation, where he sourced new development opportunities and oversaw nearly one billion in projects under development nationally. He also held executive development positions at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company, where he initiated appropriately $350 million in development projects, and Opus North Corporation, where he led retail, industrial and office projects across the Midwest.
Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial & Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and serves on the board of directors for the Ounce of Prevention Fund.
