Related has dramatically changed the South Florida urban landscape with its transformative developments, creating vibrant new ways to live in dynamic new neighborhoods.
CityPlace in West Palm Beach has become the model for mixed-use urban development, reviving the downtown area into a prime destination. The 72-acre Mediterranean-style complex features street front specialty and lifestyle retail, the Palm Beach area’s most distinguished collection of restaurants, a 20-screen multiplex cinema, residential units, and office space. The centerpiece of this six-block development is The Harriet Himmel Gilman Theater, a historic 75-year old church that has been restored into a performance center.
The Related Group has also developed some of the most iconic condominium towers in South Florida’s competitive residential marketplace. Exceptional waterfront locations in the region’s most desirable neighborhoods are the company’s signature.
While best known for our luxury high-rise developments and visionary mixed-use urban centers, Related made its first impression on South Florida’s affordable housing market. In the late 1970’s, Related built in neighborhoods such as Miami’s Little Havana and Homestead. Today Related continues to own and manage attainable housing throughout the region, including 16 affordable housing properties with over 3,200 units and a total value in excess of $200 million.
In addition, based on its extensive experience in building luxury properties and expertise in the region, Related was hired as the fee-developer of the W South Beach condo/hotel. Click here to view a full list of The Related Group's Florida properties
