In New York, Related was responsible for the development of Time Warner Inc.’s world headquarters and Related’s corporate offices at Time Warner Center; the Bertelsmann/Random House world headquarters at 1745 Broadway; The Revlon Building at 625 Madison Avenue; 105 East 17th Street; Nestlé Foods U.S. headquarters in Purchase, New York; the Computer Associates International world headquarters in Islandia; The Centre At Purchase, a 43-acre corporate campus; and the American Brands world headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut. Related and its partners also own, lease and manage 85 Tenth Avenue in West Chelsea, New York and developed and leased CityPlace Tower in West Palm Beach, Florida. Looking forward, we are developing nearly six million square feet of Class A office space at the Hudson Yards in Midtown Manhattan.
